A report commission by Deloitte Access Economics found that workplace injury and illness costs the Australian economy a staggering $28.6 billion every year. Sick days from colds and flus alone cost the economy millions. 

70-80% of our immune system is contained within the gut, meaning that we have direct control over the majority of our immune system. There are many small changes an individual can make to improve their immune system, and suffer less from coughs and colds.
